SERVICE

TURNAROUND TIME
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. All orders are processed within 2-3 days after you have placed your orders. We will email you a proof if you have specific directions in the special instruction text box that differ from the template format. The turnaround time for weddings usually take longer as they are much more personal and customized events.
PROOFS
We will send you as many proofs as it takes to get the design right. We will not, however, do multiple design templates so that you may pick one and then begin to modify that. The proof will look like the real version, however keep in mind that there may be differences in the way monitors display color.
SALES TAX
Our business is located in the state of Colorado. We are required by law to collect sales tax of 2.9% for orders that are shipped to destinations within the state of Colorado. Orders shipped outside of Colorado are exempt from sales tax.
RETURNS
We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and stand behind every single item. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return authorization. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g., typos, layout). Please call us at 303-249-5082 or email at info@bsimpledesigns.com.
In the case of an error, please accept our sincere apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit towards a future purchase or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible. If you select a full refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order and receive a refund, provided that the processing of the order has not been started. If the order has been started, a cancellation fee will be assessed.
PHOTOS
Upload your photos in the Personalization section of the template you would like to use. We will make sure that the photo looks good within the design. You always have the ability to change a photo back if you do not like the way it looks in the proof.
By uploading your photographs, you are agreeing that you own valid copyrights for the photos and that you are, or have received permission, from those pictured in the photographs. If the photo is of a minor, you are agreeing that you are, or have received permission, from that minor's legal guardians. We can accept professional images for creating your order. However, we MUST receive written permission from the photographer. The photographer can fax us this information directly at 817-582-4369. Please inform the photographer, that an emailed copyright release will not be sufficient. Keep in mind that the unauthorized use of professional images is illegal.
DESIGN CHANGES
We are happy to include ordinary design changes with any order. That means anything in regards to colors, photo layouts, fonts or artwork from other templates. If you want something more, like additional photos or artwork not seen on other templates, you’ll need to pay the custom fee of $50.00. We love it when clients use our templates just the way they are but if you don't see one you love, just let us know how we can change it so that it better suits your needs.
ORDERING
Once you find a design you like, you'll then have a chance to personalized it, tell us how many you want and where to send them. You can also tell us any design changes you would like on your card. We will also call you to confirm your order and any design changes. Please fill in the special instructions text box with all of the pertinent information, like dates, names, times, or anything else that should obviously be personalized for your order.
After you order, you can always change the quantity, etc. until we actually go to print. If you'd like more, we're happy to add more but once we print, we can't take away from the order. If you add, we'll try to combine the two and not make you pay shipping twice.
We do require a minimum order of 20 cards.

PRIVACY
We do not trade or sell personal information of those who visit our site. Your complete satisfaction and privacy is our top concern. Any images you send will not be used for any other purpose except to create your personalized announcement, invitation, or notecard. Your images will not be used in any promotional catalogs or design catalogs without your express written consent. We recognize that your photographs are very personal and private. They will remain that way. Your photos will not be sold or given to any other company or individual separate from your Bsimple transaction.
SECURITY
GeoTrust Security provides encryption to make sure that your information is safe and secure for convenient shopping.
POLICIES AND DISCLAIMERS
All card designs are copyrighted and are the property of Bsimple. By visiting our site, you agree that you will not copy, print, download or otherwise reproduce any part of our cards by any means. You agree that neither Bsimple shall not be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of any aspect of your order, including but not limited to products, printing or delivery. We do not warrant against late deliveries due to shipping delays, backorders, discontinuation or color variations. You agree to sign off on all proofs once you are satisfied with the design. You agree to allow Bsimple to label the reverse side of the paper with our logo and website information (wedding pieces excluded).

Copyright Material And Limited License - You certify that you are the parent or guardian of the minor whose photo you submit, or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian to submit the minor's photos. You certify that you own or have the rights to use any information or pictures supplied by you. Bsimple will not use any photo announcements, invitations or stationery for promotional or advertising purposes without the expressed consent of the customer.
Under no circumstances may any graphics or pictures be duplicated for use on another web page, either by downloading from the website(s) during the period of time it is posted online or from any other page on the bsimple.net web site, or by duplicating from the email of the proof provided to the customer in the proofing stage. These components have either been licensed to or created by bsimple.net expressly for use on the Bsimple web site. Use of any of these components for any other purpose is expressly prohibited.
All announcements/invitations/stationery remain the property of Bsimple Designs as the creator or licensee of the graphics and are not intended for free use. This site and its contents belong to bsimpleddesigns.com. Bsimple Designs owns the copyright to the contents of this site.
This web site may contain links to other web sites. These links are to companies we believe you may have an interest in. Bsimple is not responsible for the content of any other site or for ongoing review of other sites.
Limitation Of Liability- In no event shall Bsimple be liable to any entity for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other damages (including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of information or programs or other data) that are related to the use of, or the inability to use, the content, materials, services and functions of the site, even if Bsimple is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
